When you book or contact us we collect your name, contact details and the reason for your visit. As a patient we also keep clinical records, X-rays, scans and health-fund details.

This website uses only the storage it needs to work, such as remembering that you closed a notice.

To book and confirm appointments, provide safe dental care, claim health-fund rebates for you and meet our legal record-keeping duties.

Your health fund (when you ask us to claim), our booking provider, specialists or labs involved in your care, and nobody else unless the law requires it. We never sell personal information.

Clinical records are kept for the periods set by New South Wales health-records law. Booking enquiries that never become appointments are deleted after twelve months.

You can ask to see or correct the information we hold about you at any time. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
