Online and phone bookings are confirmed by the front desk. Please arrive five minutes early for your first visit so we can set up your file.

If you need to move an appointment, let us know at least 24 hours ahead so we can offer the time to someone else.

We give you a written estimate before treatment. If anything changes during treatment we explain why before we go further.

Fees are payable on the day. Health-fund rebates are claimed on the spot through HICAPS.
